MFA Member Alex Tolstoy

Spring is officially here! At last… the daffodils are out, the forsythia are blooming, cherry trees are confused, birds are chirping…life is good. Even though the winter here in the DC area was incredibly mild, I still vote for Spring! A lively, exuberant season…
Below are some simple, Asian-like images to celebrate…
p.s., He has several venues this week, one in Newport News VA. It turns out that Ron and I were invited to each submit a piece to the “Ella 100” exhibit there which will travel on to sister cities in Japan, China, France, and Germany. This was a request from the Downing-Gross Cultural Arts center. Very exciting!
