MFA Member Renée Arambiges
Arambiges has a reception coming up this week on Nov 18 for her show at Preston Hall (25 W Preston St, Baltimore, MD 21201). Wine and cheese, live music, and free parking will be available. The event runs from 7-11 p.m.
MFA Member Elizabeth Kendall
Kendall has a solo show up now called “From Here to There” at the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts (801 Chase St, Annapolis, MD 21401) in the Chaney Gallery. The show runs from now through Dec 19, but join Kendall for an Opening Reception on Nov 9 and a Gallery Talk on Nov 11.
MFA Members David Diaz and Lynn Mehta
Diaz and Mehta have a show together called “By the Sea” at the River Gallery in Galesville, MD (1000 Main St, Galesville, MD 20765). The show is open for two weekends only, Nov 18 & 19 and the 25 & 26, with receptions on both Saturdays from 2-5pm.
MFA Member Wil Scott
Several of Scott’s piece, including Girl, Concentration, and Monk on the Beach, will be on display in the What’s Up Magazine offices (201 Defense Hwy #203, Annapolis, MD 21401) from Aug 10 through Nov 20, 2017.
Scott’s piece Big Rig has been accepted into the show “Vistas” at the A Smith Gallery in Johnson City, Texas (103 N Nugent Ave, Johnson City, TX 78636). The show runs from Nov 3 through Dec 17.
Scott also has two pieces in the MFA show “Small Wonders” at Circle Gallery (18 State Cir, Annapolis, MD 21401). The show runs from Dec 1 – 23 with a reception on Dec 7, 6-8 p.m.

MFA Member Bill Peirce
Pierce has a solo show at the Lois and Richard England Gallery in the Iona Senior Services Center (4125 Albemarle St NW, Washington, DC 20016). The show runs from Nov 17 through Feb 27, 2018.
MFA Member Richard Weiblinger
Weiblinger has his photograph exhibited at the Art Design Consultants Gallery “Art Comes Alive 2017” Cincinnati, Ohio, until Nov 30.
MFA Member Ric Conn
Conn has an exhibition of his wild bird paintings at the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts (801 Chase St, Annapolis, MD 21401) in the Martino Gallery. The show runs from Nov 2 through Dec 19 with a reception on Nov 9 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. He will be giving a painting demonstration at 5 p.m. right before the reception.
MFA Member Sally Davies
Davies had two watercolor paintings, Blue Cat, Purple Shadow & Morning Rush Hour, selected for The 84th Annual International Exhibit of Fine Art in Miniature at the Strathmore Mansion (10701 Rockville Pike, North Bethesda, MD 20852) from Nov 19, through Jan 6, 2018. The opening reception is Nov 19, 2017.
MFA Member Richard Hall
Hall has a piece up in the 3rd National Juried Exhibition of the Oxford Arts Alliance (38 S 3rd St, Oxford, PA 19363) show “Canal Dreamscape”. The juror is Tom Padon, Director at the Brandywine River Museum of Art. The show runs from Oct 20 through Nov 10.
MFA Member Mary Ellen Geissenhainer
Geissenhainer will be exhibiting her colored pencil work on a variety of substrates in the Openshaw Gallery (3rd floor) of Maryland Hall (801 Chase St, Annapolis, MD 21401) in an exhibit titled “The Humble Colored Pencil”. The show runs from Oct 24 through Nov 27, with a reception on November 9.
Four of Geissenhainer’s pencil pieces are included in “There’s No Place Like Home”, an exhibition by members of the Metro-Washington District Chapter of the Colored Pencil Society of America. The show run from Oct 30 through Nov 25 at Gallery Underground (2100 Crystal Drive, Suite 2120-A, Arlington, VA 22202).
MFA Member Susan Hostetler
Hostetler has a solo exhibition now open at The Rachel M. Schlesinger Arts Center (4915 E Campus Dr, Alexandria, VA 22311) called “Shifting Migrations”. The show runs from Sep 22 through Mar 22, 2017.
MFA Member Anne Sieling
Sieling has had a picture selected for “Shades of Pastel – 2017” at The Glenview Mansion Art Gallery, Rockville, MD which runs from Oct 15 through Nov 17.
MFA Member Andree Tullier
Tullier’s piece Pink Toe Shoes was juried into Maryland Pastel Society’s national exhibit “Shades of Pastel: 2017”, by Desmond O’Hagan. The exhibit is open from Oct 15 through Nov 17 at the Glenview Mansion Art Gallery in MD (603 Edmonston Dr, Rockville, MD 20851). Mr. O’Hagan will give a demonstration Oct 15 at noon with the reception and awards following from 1:30-3:30.
Tullier was awarded First Place for her painting Old Charm (oil, 16×12) in the Art League of Ocean City’s plein air painting competition. She also received an Honorable Mention in the Quick Draw. Congrats, Andree!
MFA Member April Rimpo
Rimpo’s painting Movement III will be on exhibit as part of the International Society of Experimental Artists’ International Exhibition on Sanibel Island, Florida during October and November 2017.
