The best things come in small packages, or in this case, small frames. Maryland Federation of Art (MFA) invited all artists residing in the United States, DC, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico to enter its 19th annual Small Wonders exhibition. This exhibition had artists create any original 2D or 3D work 11″ x 11″ x 11″ and under. Out of 484 entries, 89 works by 76 artists were selected by juror Amanda Burnham, Professor and 2D Foundations Area Coordinator at Towson University. These pieces will be on display in MFA’s Circle Gallery through December 23, 2021.
