Paint Annapolis is on the way! Learn more about the juried artists and get yourself ready for this historic Plein air painting festival. 

We’re excited to welcome Kim Hall from Richmond, Virginia as a juried artist for Paint Annapolis 2022! Kim strives to quickly capture the light and essence of a scene in our quickly disappearing landscape.

Kim enjoys the challenge of painting en Plein air, or directly from life. There is no better way to capture a scene or a moment in time than being there in that moment.

Kim received a BA in studio art from George Mason University and continued her studies at The Corcoran School of Art. She is a member of the Oil Painters of America, the American Impressionist Society, and the Virginia Plein Air Painters.

Over the years she has taken many workshops from her favorite artists and mentors including; Larry Moore, Roger Dale Brown, Dawn Whitelaw, and Dee Beard Dean, as well as always studying from the Masters both past and present.
