MFA Members and Exhibitions
Circle Gallery’s annual Digital Directions opened on February 1st and closes on February 25th, featuring the work of 16 MFA Member artists. MFA’s Street Scenes exhibition is on display online from February 15th, 2023 until March 31st with 23 MFA Members.
Jim Mackey
MFA Member Jim Mackey received second place in the Sculpture and Ceramics Category at the Figuratively Speaking show at the Art Association of Harrisburg for, A God #8B. In this same show, Jim Mackey’s wooden totem work, Albert Camus Quote #3, was sold. This show opened on January 13th and will stay open until the 17th of February. To see more, click here. Jim Mackey has also become one of two Artists-in-Residence at Fulton County Library in McConnellsburg, PA for the month of February. Richard Weiblinger
MFA Member Richard Weiblinger has his work, Water Lily 5941, exhibited at HCAC Gallery’s “Art Maryland 2022” from December 16, 2022- February 4, 2023. At Crestwood Gallery’s 2023 Invitational juried exhibition, Richard has his work, Costal Structures 9370, on display from now to May 5, 2023. Richard has also gotten his work, Whie Barns 7298, juried into the District Arts Gallery 2023 FCAA Invitational juried exhibition. If you would like to see his work in the District Arts Gallery, it will be viewable from February 1, 2023 to February 26, 2023. Starting February 11, 2022, Richard’s work, Blue Study 37, will be on display at the Museum of Fine Arts 2023 Invitational juried exhibition until April 13, 2023.
